Haley's Birthday

Haley's party was a success - and we can finally relax! If you hadn't heard, Haley asked for a cooking party, so I decorated aprons for each of the guests, made a menu of kid-friendly recipes and opened my kitchen to 11 5-year olds. Phew! We made the ice cream that we served with the cake (a giant cupcake, at Haley's request), banana muffins, granola, caramel corn, and decorated cookies to look like pizzas. It was a lot of fun. All the kids were enthusiastic little chefs and everyone had a good time.
